
The 10th International Franchise Market Exhibition concluded successfully in Riyadh, bringing together over 200 renowned brands and fostering significant investment opportunities under the patronage of the Federation of Saudi Chambers. This dynamic three-day event served as a hub for entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration, resulting in the signing of approximately 160 franchise agreements between local and international companies.
Prominent Figures and Key Milestones
The event culminated with the launch of the Franchise Award in the presence of Mr. Amer Al-Anzi, Acting Secretary-General of the Federation of Saudi Chambers. Al-Anzi highlighted the vital role of the award in promoting the culture of franchising across the Kingdom. He underscored the Federation’s dedication to empowering youth and fostering a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem, emphasizing how franchising provides a pathway for successful collaborations with leading brands.

He also noted that the event featured insightful dialogue sessions addressing government initiatives, regulatory frameworks, and financial support mechanisms offered by entities such as the Social Development Bank and the Commercial Franchise Center.
Celebrating Franchise Excellence
A highlight of the exhibition was the distribution of 18 prestigious awards across various fields:
- McDonald’s Saudi Arabia was honored with the “Global Franchise in Saudi Arabia” award.
- Al Baik received the “Golden Leadership for Food Excellence” award.
- Kudo was recognized for “Sustainable Leadership and Exceptional Expansion”.
- Hashi Pasha earned the title of the largest camel meat restaurant chain globally.
- Aldrees Company won the award for the largest expanding fuel and gas station network in Saudi Arabia.

Additionally, numerous prominent brands in the cafes, restaurants, and entertainment sectors were honored. These included Chuck E. Cheese, Circle K, Coop, alongside Chocolate Bash, Dose Café, Donut Time, 20UR, Mashraq, and Barnes Café. The international brand Go To Foods was also among the distinguished honorees.
